VitaFerm® Base
Base nutrient with inactive yeast cells
VitaFerm® Base is used as a standard nutrient to ensure optimal yeast activity during alcoholic fermentation. It supplies diammonium hydrogen phosphate and thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), as well as other valuable ingredients from inactivated yeast components.
