Oenoferm® Dornfelder

Alcohol-tolerant hybrid yeast for exotic flavours

Oenoferm® Dornfelder is a robust yeast strain selected for the Dornfelder grape variety. It helps to develop intense notes of cherries, depending on the varietal characteristics. Nose and palate can be distinctly influenced by the fermentation temperature.
