Fast liquefaction of special grain mashes
Special enzyme obtained from a genetically modified strain of Trichoderma reesei. The principal enzyme activity is based on various thermotolerant hemicellulases (EC.184.108.40.206, EC 220.127.116.11, EC 18.104.22.168, EC 22.214.171.124) and a thermotolerant β-glucanase (EC 126.96.36.199, EC 188.8.131.52).
