Fast liquefaction of special grain mashes
Special enzyme obtained from a genetically modified strain of Trichoderma reesei. The principal enzyme activity is based on various thermotolerant hemicellulases (EC.3.2.1.78, EC 3.2.1.8, EC 3.2.1.32, EC 3.2.1.37) and a thermotolerant β-glucanase (EC 3.2.1.6, EC 3.2.1.4).
