Distizym® BA-TSAcid

Thermostable, acid-tolerant starch liquefaction

Distizym® BA‐TSAcid is a special enzyme which liquefies and dextrinizes gelatinized, digested starches in mashes at a temperature range of 50 ‐ 105 °C.
