Nutrient as fermentation activator
VitaFerm® O promotes the aromatic expression of wines from neutral grape varieties, but also enriches the olfactory palette aromatic grape varieties (Sauvignon Blanc). In case of nitrogen deficient must, the use of VitaFerm® O will be complemented by a nitrogen rich nutrient (Vitamon® Combi, Vitamon® Liquid, VitaFerm® Regul).
