VitaDrive® Boost
Sterol-rich booster for easy rehydration or direct inoculation
VitaDrive® Boost enables rehydrating yeasts without the use of warm water. It also supports the use of direct inoculation of dry yeast, without any rehydration at all. This saves time and minimizes process risks, ensuring an optimized start of the fermentation.
