Comprehensive protection for grapes, must and mash
VinProtect provides effective protection against oxidation and ensures aroma and flavour components are stabilised as early as the mash stage, in juice, or later in the wine. It has a high antioxidant effect due to its selected components. The formation of offflavours (such as volatile acidity) is minimised by the suppression of undesirable microorganisms.
