Increases extraction during mazeration processes
Trenolin® Supra allows a strong and rapid degradation of the skins of grape berries and supports the full extraction all compounds which are essential to the quality of the wines. In addition, Trenolin® Supra facilitates the release of the juice contained in the cells of the pulp.
