Dark toasted oak tannin for complex wines
Tannivin® Premium is a pure oak tannin with a particularly high content of ellagitannins. The gentle toasting and extraction of the woods creates an extraordinarily soft and complex tannin. Roasted notes of coffee, caramel and cocoa are subtly supported in the wines without over-emphasising oak flavours. Tannivin® Premium enables a particularly fine and long-lasting tannin structure. This makes Tannivin® Premium the ideal partner for great, ageable wines. During maturation the reductive potential of white, rosé and red wines is increased.
