Tannivin® Color
Preservation and stabilisation of colour in red wine
Tannivin® Color is a formulation based on procyanidic and ellagic tannins that helps stabilise the colouring matter of red wines. When added to the must at the beginning of fermentation, Tannivin® Color increases the formation of stable colour combinations and and protects the colour from oxidation.
