SolaClair®
Allergen-free protein for clarification and stabilisation
SolaClair® is an allergen-free plant protein obtained from sunflowers. It offers an excellent alternative to traditional clarifying agents such as gelatine, casein or isinglass – with comparable results. Compared to previous plant proteins, SolaClair® is free from allergens such as gluten.
Thanks to its strong reactivity with tannins and lees, SolaClair® significantly improves the turbidity and colour stability of fruit juices, fruit wines, vinegars and other products – for clear, stable quality and colour.
