For typical varietal fermentation of Zweigelt
Oenoferm® Zweigelt was selected from a strain of Höhere Bundeslehranstalt Klosterneuburg, Austria. It produces archetypical Zweigelt wines, with the possibility to go for a lighter wine style, blends or complex wines with longer maturation with oak.
