Oenoferm® X-Red
Red wines with spicy-fruity character
Oenoferm® X-red is a fruit-intensifying Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. bayanus. It is a GMO-free hybrid yeast, which combines the distinct properties of two different strains. It results in elegant, fruity red wines, which keep well over time and have excellent body.
