Oenoferm® wild & pure

Wild aromas with reliable fermentation results

Oenoferm® wild & pure is a special yeast. It combines A specifically selected strain of Torulaspora delbrückii was combined with a new Sacharomyces strain. While the wild yeast brings all the benefits of spontaneous fermentation, the regular strain works quietly in the background, guaranteeing a complete fermentation without off-flavours. With Oenoferm® wild & pure it is possible to significantly achieve a different style or create excellent blending options in red, rosé and white wines.
