Oenoferm® Terra

Pronounced terroir character in white and red wines

Oenoferm® Terra is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. bayanus yeast strain. Its specific ability is to give full expression to the harmonious formation of potential aromatic components, without influencing the natural expression.
