Oenoferm® Muscat

Aromatic white wines

Oenoferm® Muscat enables the production of aromatic wines with a higher level of residual sugar. Not just for grape varieties from the Muscat family, usually tamer varieties like Airen, Ugni blanc or Chenin blanc will show their fruity and floral character.
