Oenoferm® Freddo

Particularly fresh-fruity wines due to cold fermentation

Oenoferm® Freddo is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. bayanus yeast strain used for fresh and fruity wines. It emphasises typical varietal characteristics and distinct notes of citrus.
