Oenoferm® Chardonnay

Support of typical Chardonnay varietal character

During fermentation Oenoferm® Chardonnay helps to develop notes of grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruits. Sur‐lies maturation is improved by this yeast, its easy autolysation releases large quantities of mannoproteins.
