Structure-enhancing fermentation of Cabernet grapes

Oenoferm® Cabernet emphasises the typical blackcurrant, chocolate and tobacco notes in Cabernet grape varieties. The tannin structure as a whole is imrpoved, which further consolidates and balances the varietal characteristics.
