Oenoferm® BeRed is particularly suitable for skin-contact red wines, which are capable of long maturation in wooden barrels and are characterized by their complexity and powerful bodies. The strain (bayanus) supports colour polymerization during alcoholic fermentation. Oenoferm® BeRed has proved to be outstanding in numerous fermentations for producing conventional and certified organic red wines.
