Oenoferm® B52 NG

Selected for high must weights and to restart fermentation

Oenoferm® B52 NG is a saccharomyces cerevisiae bayanus selected in Champagne on Chardonnay for its excellent fermentation characteristics and resistance to extreme winemaking conditions. It can be added directly and does not need to be rehydrated.
