Kadifit
Potassium disulphite for the use on must and mash
Kadifit degrades in these media and releases approx. 50 % of the amount by weight as SO2. Accordingly 10 g Kadifit per 100 kg (L) mash, juice or wine releases 50 mg/L SO2. The SO2 added by Kadifit provides microbiological and oxidation protection.
