Dosage Apple/pear mash: 100 – 120 ml/t mash

Pomace extraction (pome fruit): 100 – 140 ml/t (pomace : water 50 : 50 w:w)

Root vegetables (black carrots): 80 – 120 ml/t (pomace : water 50 : 50 w:w)
