Very high concentrated, acidity tolerant pectolytic enzyme, including a strong arabanase activity. For rapid pectin degradation in fruit juices.

Dosage Apple juice (20 ‐ 25 °Bx): 10 – 30 mL/t mash

Black currant juice: 15 – 50 mL/t mash

Other berry juices: 10 – 50 mL/t mash

Stone fruit juice: 5 – 30 mL/t mash

Lemon juice: 20 – 30 mL/t mash

Orange juice: 10 – 15 mL/t mash

Lime juice: 50 – 60 mL/t mash
