Medium toasting: caramel, vanilla and toast notes

e.Staves are made from high‐quality French oak, with a thickness of 18mm. Due to their length of 900mm they are ideally employed in tanks or large barrels with a manhole. The medium toasting emphasizes vanilla and toasted notes, working well with the natural integration of white and red wines.
