e.Bois® Sorbet
Untoasted chips made from French oak, for infusion
e.Bois® Sorbet help to preserve the freshness and to emphasis volume. Applied on the mash right after the harvest, they act as an oxygen-sink during transport, skin-contact and pressing. At the same time, untoasted oak and oxygen together polymerize unripe phenols. The wines can show their true potential and really get to shine.
