CarboTec GE ensures an early and aroma-preserving adsorption of interfering substances in grape must. The application is a preventive measure for the removal of interfering substances, such as spray residues or off-flavours caused by rot. Fermentation disturbances and impediments of the biological acid decomposition are prevented. The yeast and the starter cultures for the biological acid degradation can fulfil their task more efficiently and with a purer tone.
