BrewMasters FruitAle is a dry selected yeast of the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae. When selecting this top fermenting yeast, special importance was attached to high and strong attenuation properties.

||Top fermentation beers, for fruit and ester style beers, for instance, saison, IPA, DIPA, Belgium styles beers and fruit based styles
||Strong, fruity flavours build at temperature level > 22°C
||Due to the high viable cell count, extract is reduced as quickly as possible and a high final fermentation degree is obtained. The formation of undesirable fermentation by‐products is prevented.
||For pitching apply 50 ‐ 100 g yeast per hL wort
