BrewMasters Ale

BrewMasters Ale is a dry selected yeast (English Ale) of the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae. When selecting this top fermenting yeast, special importance was attached to optimal attenuation properties. The yeast strain is propagated in pure culture, washed and carefully dried.
