Beerzym® Saphir
Degradation of beta-glucan and protein in beer
Beerzym® Saphir is a special enzyme which is applied in beer production. The main activity of the enzyme is based on a thermotolerant beta‐glucanase, a pentosanase and an acidic proteinase.
