Sensory evaluation

Sensory evaluation is the most important, decisive criterion for every wine. 
Of course, the foundation-stone for good qualities is laid in the vineyard and by performing a consequent grape must vinification.  Within all stages from young wine vinification up to bottling, the so far achieved wine quality must be preserved and further improved to obtain finished wines with first-class profiles. To select the right method from a variety of possibilities, the choice must always be secured by pre-tests.
