Fruit Wine and Fruit Vinegar

Fruit vinegar is produced from fruit wine wherein attention should be paid to absence of natural or added preservatives, e. g. SO2.  The most widely known vinegar is apple vinegar. With regard to fruit wine, apple wine is known best. Generally, there is a wide range of diverse fruit wine kinds. Since used raw materials widely vary too, the choice of suitable processing aids should be made individually in each case.
