The sulphurization of grape must and wine is an essential part of a quality-orientated winemaking. In the must and wine stage, sulphur dioxide (SO2) constitutes a protection against oxidation and against undesirable microorganisms.

With the product Solution Sulfureuse P18, we offer you an aqueous solution effective in the protection against oxidation and in the suppression of undesirable microorganisms in must and wine.

Solution Sulfureuse P18 is easy to apply and ideal for the sulphurization in small containers. The product is a diluted solution and thus, increased safety of the user is assured and an exact, targeted sulphur dioxide addition is possible.
